In the 1900s, a white woman is murdered in San Francisco’s Chinatown, and the suspect turns out to be a Chinese man. The murder unleashed public shock, and the public demanded that Chinatown be outlawed. Chinese healer QIN FU (LIU Haozhan) and Chinese A Gui (WANG Baoqiang) are involved in the case. They race against time to find the killer, showing incredible ingenuity and courage.
